CeraFlame Everlasting Candle System
“From shoe laces with a ceramic fibre core, to a complete candle lamp system”
The system is based on our invention of the eternal wick and burner system,
in combination withour disposable light oil cartridges containing our extremely pure CeraFlame Candle Oil, that will secure every lamp of ours a life into eternality if it is proper taken care of and only the original oil is being used

THE EVERLASTING WICK
The CeraFlame Everlasting Candle System is based on the invention of the eternal wick, that has been tested giving a 1 Lux clear, odourless flame in the test laboratory for more than 1 000 X 25 hours. The flame height reduction throughout the test, measured less than 1mm, but this is based on using our special light oil made for our purpose only. The wick itself is made today in a process with a plastic tubing encasing our special quality of capillary action material.

THE BURNER HEAD
Our burner head is automatic manufactured in technical porcelain
quality, and can be given any surface from plain, white bisque to glazed
and metallised surface, or any painted colour or ceramic structure.
This is assembled into a complete Burner Head with especially made plastic and metal parts in our ultrasound operating assembly machine.

THE DISPOSABLE CANDLE OIL VESSELS
The CeraFlame Everlasting Candle System has since The first Ceramic everlasting Wick was developed and patented by our gründer in 1981 been connected to the cleanest, most odourless, brightest, cleanest flame ever. This has been achieved by the specially “cut” of lamp oil developed by the chief chemist of Statoil, Terje Engebretsen at the time of the first lounging of the CeraFlame System in 1982, become an enormous success because it soon was adopted to be the cleanest and clearest flame ever in the market. Our new concept for CandleLight for the HoReCa Trade, is based on the same concept and the same high quality of light oil, but supplied in disposable PET Cartridges, for convenient and safe use in our Everlasting Candle Program. Our Ceraflame Candle Oil Vessels are available in two sizes, of shelf, but can for new design programs be increased with other shapes and sizes.

OUR UNIVERSAL BURNER UNIT KIT
To make it easy and convenient for all industries to incorporate
The CeraFlame System into any line of products we have developed The Universal Burner Kit, that easily can be assembled into products either through us for sample runs or very small series, or by the industries themselves. The small and easy to operate pneumatic press developed for assembling the Burner Unit into The Everlasting Candle Body with the snap on Lock Ring will be supplied to any licensed makers on requested.
